JCB garden landscape have been maintaining this site in excess of 12 years. We provide a grass cutting service on a weekly basis. This is undertaken with a site assessment initially to make sure the site is safe to work on. Once this is satisfactory, a lawn tractor is used to cut the large expanse of grass. This is collected to enhance the ‘Front Of House’ look for the client. Edges are then strimmed to finish the look for the client.

All waste is removed to allow the client to have grounds free from debris, and potential rodent problems.

We also maintain the flower beds, trimming the shrubs, weeding and edging. Litter is collected to keep all areas free from unsightly mess.

A weed killing service is included to keep all hardstanding and block paving free from troublesome weeds. We can offer a monthly or yearly service to accommodate this.

Recently we undertook a large hedge reduction, and trimming contract to the rear courtyard of the site. This entailed reduction of 2 metres, and 85 metres long. All waste was removed under a waste carriers licence, to a registered tipping site.
The hedge was encroaching on valuable car space, and birds were causing problems on the area.

We have recently undertaken a herbicide application on all the lawns to remove unsightly weeds and moss. This will enhance the appearance of the lawns in time.
