CASE STUDY: COGNATIUM HOUSING

Cognatum housing is a specialist housing development for the over 55’s. JCB Garden landscape have been maintaining the site in Salisbury for over 9 years.

We maintain the whole site under contract to a required standard to allow the clients to enjoy their time in them. Weekly visits are undertaken on a same day service so the clients know exactly when we are due to keep disruption to a minimum.

Maintenance here includes grass cutting, strimming service, hedge cutting, boarder maintenance and tree work. We also offer the client additional services, such as a gritting service, call out and other related tasks.
